Ride With Z Pony Lessons LLCHello Reader,Well, we made it through winter...hopefully lol!! Zony and Doll are getting back in shape for this new riding season (and me too!). Due to the harsh winter weather, we did very little riding. However, I was able to fulfill my dream of riding in the snow! It was an exhilarating first for Doll and me. Are You Ready?Right now is a great time to start prepping with your kids for the new riding season. Starting your morning with some easy stretching or yoga is a great way to help your riding! For my 2-year-old daughter, I simply model the stretch and let her interpret the movement in her own way. I don't make her stay in position just let her follow my lead at her own pace. Check out Prana Chiropractic's youtube channel for some easy yoga/stretching starters Click Here! (BTW this lady is an amazing chiropractor located in Shepherdstown, WV Click here for her website) Going outside for daily walks is another easy way to get ready! Even if it's cold, bundle up and start moving. Pony School Song! Are your kids ready to sing at PAL Around Pony School!?!? Click Here to visit my youtube and practice our pony school song!
